Asset Integrity Management
Risk-based integrity management of new and existing assets from design to decommissioning, including fitness for service, ECA and life extension.
At Z-Subsea Energies we use a risk-based approach to manage the integrity of new and existing assets, from the design stage until abandonment. Our full life-cycle integrity management covers integrity at design, at commissioning, during life extension and at decommissioning.
Risk-based integrity management is now well accepted across the industry, with guidance such as DNV-RP-F116, the Energy Institute guidelines and ASME B31.8S. We apply it to pipelines, subsea systems, risers and topside facilities, and audit existing pipeline and subsea integrity management systems (PIMS and SIMS).
We see real value in engaging on integrity from concept selection. Design changes made early cost less and are easier to implement, and the results benefit the project technically and economically throughout design and operation.
